Welcome to the Chesa sur Baselgia, a charming and well-renovated farmhouse typical of the Engadine. This inviting holiday home is ideal for two families, grandparents with their children and grandchildren, or a small group of friends who want to experience unforgettable holidays together. With 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms, the house offers enough space to retreat or get together, while the good mountain air and tranquillity invite you to relax.

Inside the house you will find two cosily furnished living rooms, perfect for game nights and good conversation over a glass of wine. One living room is furnished with a Swiss stone pine, a Grisons buffet, a piano and sofa seating for 6 people, including an extendable table with plenty of chairs and a TV with DVD player. The bedrooms offer a cosy ambience with beds, wardrobe, desk and a chest of drawers, while the kitchens are equipped with modern amenities such as a wood cooker and a corner bench with a wooden/stone table to enjoy meals together.

Outside, the house has a car parking space right outside the door, with further parking options nearby. The surrounding Engadine landscape with its impressive mountain scenery and clear lakes provides the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor activities.

Madulain, the smallest municipality in the Upper Engadine, is a true oasis of tranquillity and retreat, combining unspoilt nature and living culture. With only 230 inhabitants, this village enchants visitors with its typical Engadine houses and well-kept Romanesque culture.
