This spacious, light-flooded apartment with fantastic panoramic views is the ideal place for family holidays. Whether you stay together in the open living area or want to retreat to a room or a spot in the gallery - relaxation is guaranteed. Even in winter, after a beautiful day of winter sports, there is nothing better than snuggling up in an armchair and watching the magnificent play of light over the mountains
The 140 m² apartment is located on the top of three terraced houses and offers wonderful views: the view from the living area over the entire Julier chain is fantastic at any time of day. From the dining area you can see the forest - here the squirrels sometimes come to visit you for breakfast. You can also see the evening sun on the Segantinihütte.
The heart of the apartment is the open living area: the spacious living room with large windows and a balcony has two sofas, several armchairs, a table, a piano and a TV. The room height here is 2.6 - 5m. On the same level there is the dining area with a large table and 6 chairs. Next to it is the open kitchen with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, coffee machine and dishes for 12 people. A small bathroom with lavabo, shower and toilet is on the same floor.
Above the living area there is a spacious gallery with two windows. There is a double bed with a bedside table here. A closet, a chest of drawers and a wall box provide enough space for storing equipment and clothes. Two workplaces with a view of the forest or over the village invite you to write or read.
On the lower floor (entrance level) there are two bedrooms: a double room with a large closet and a room with two separate beds, closet, table and chairs (pine panels). Next to it is a spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and washing machine.
Tables, chairs and two deckchairs are available on the terrace and the cozy spot at the rear exit.
You can store your skis in your own garage.
The house is located on a quiet street above Hotel Steinbock. The bus stop, post office and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance.
