The apartment features a separate kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a bathroom (shower) and 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms: Spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 cm), 1 bedroom with a French bed (120 cm), and a room with two single beds that can also be pushed together. All rooms have wardrobes. The beds are made upon arrival. 2 travel cots are also available. Bathroom: The bathroom has a large shower, a double sink, and a toilet. Towels can be rented. Living room: The living room features a Swedish stove (wood is provided). A cozy seating area with a club table and a flat-screen TV. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and features a ceramic hob, oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a Dolcegusto coffee machine (capsules not provided), a raclette oven, and a fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. Dining area with a large dining table and 8 chairs. Furnishings: The apartment is furnished in a mix of old and new, with floors made of parquet and stone tiles. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The 4.5-room holiday house is located in a beautiful, quiet spot at the entrance of the village of Rueras. From the balcony, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the ski area. On the lower ground floor, there is a cellar and a garage for skis or bikes. Outside, there are 2 parking spaces available. Pets are allowed.
