Dream holiday home "Allegra" with mountain views by the stream

Allegra offers space for 6 people in 2 double rooms and 2 small single rooms. The spacious bedroom on the lower floor has an en-suite bathroom that invites you to relax. The WC is located separately on this floor. On the ground floor, the shower and WC are combined in one bathroom. Our sauna can be rented as an option.

All our houses are equipped with the SONOS music and loudspeaker system, which allows you to conveniently control music via smartphone or tablet, a Spotify account and Wi-Fi throughout the house. For relaxing winter days, we also provide you with a meat and cheese fondue as well as a raclette. All houses are also equipped with an induction hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge (without freezer compartment), washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. You are welcome to book our sauna (one in each house) for a small extra charge.

Please note the somewhat steeper stairs.

There are three private car parks in front of the houses, one for each house. In addition, there is a public car park with several spaces about 70 metres away.

The bus stop (ski bus) and supermarket are 50 and 300 metres away respectively. You can reach the Motta Naluns ski area in winter with the free sports bus. It is about 1.5 km on foot to the cable car station.

Village description: Main village in the Lower Engadine. 1,250 metres above sea level. Bogn Engiadina Scuol - with mineral water from the famous springs - and access to the Motta Naluns hiking and winter sports area (1,250 m to 2,800 m above sea level). Between the two well-preserved old parts of the village, Scuol Sura and Scuol Sot (Ober- and Unterscuol), lies the main shopping street Stradun with 40 shops. Carbonated mineral water flows from various fountains in the village. Scuol is a bastion of Romansh language culture. Romansh business names on company signs are required by law, such as "Cuafför" and "Restorant".
