In the summer of 2016 completely renovated 3 1/2-room apartment on the 1st floor of a beautiful Engadinerhaus in a central, sunny and quiet location (the street "Vi" is blocked from 22.00 clock for any traffic). The windows, which are exceptionally large for an Engadine house, bring a lot of light into the apartment and also offer a wonderful view of the Unterengadin Dolomites. You can also enjoy this view from the southern balcony (about 6 m2).

In only 2 minutes you reach the 'Bogn Engiadina Scuol' water park and the local bus stop. You can park your car in the public, free car park in the immediate vicinity of the house (approx. 80 m = 2 minutes)

Upstairs: Bright living room with large window front, modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine / tumble dryer. Additional guest toilet. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules available in Scuol), flat-screen TV with Swisscom reception, BlueRay DVD player, free WLAN and more.

The complete renovation in summer 2016 includes:
-> new kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave
-> new bathroom with rain shower and own washing machine / tumble dryer
-> new floor coverings in the whole apartment
 -> new, high-quality furnishing in "country house style"
