The flat is in a perfect location. Centrally located and yet very quiet, the house has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher's shop and Coop are available within 100 metres and Sedrun railway station is also only 200 metres away.

There are two small flats with connecting doors. The flat is equipped as follows: Beautiful bright living room and bedroom with parquet flooring, dining area, kitchen with Vals natural stone worktop and dishwasher. The apartment has been completely renovated in Grisons style with local materials.

Two double beds and upholstered suite can also be converted into a sofa bed with mattress. Total space for a maximum of 5 people. Ideal occupancy 4 persons.

TV with digital satellite reception and radio, 2 x shower/WC, terrace, garden seating area, washing machine and car parking space. Non-smoking flat.

The flat is also wheelchair accessible.

Village description: Sedrun is a typical Grisons holiday village with an interesting and growing range of leisure activities. Thanks to the ski connections with Andermatt and Disentis, the region offers two ski areas from Sedrun. In summer, great mountain bike trails and a natural swimming lake have been built in recent years. Around the year 23/24 the Halenbad will be newly renovated and the attraction will be created with various things such as a large water slide.
