The 4.5-room apartment: On the ground floor are the kitchen, WC, and living-dining area with a tiled stove ("Sweden stove"). The large veranda facing the garden is fully glazed. The meadow is spacious enough for badminton and sunbathing. The mowed section is enclosed by a 2m-high fence as an outdoor area for house cats and dogs that should not roam freely. The fenced area is split into two levels, separated by a roughly 2m-high band of boulders. For children and cats, this rocky formation is an attraction, though potentially hazardous for small children. On the upper floor are three double bedrooms—one with a double bed (140x200 cm), two with bunk beds—along with a shower and WC, a large screened balcony, and a utility room. The living and sleeping areas feature wood paneling, while the floors are covered with linoleum or fitted carpets. You won’t have to give up radio, TV, DVD, or your usual espresso. Depending on availability, a studio can also be booked in the same house. Both apartments have separate entrances and are independent of each other. Notes: The local tax is included.

The house is located at the valley-side edge of the development zone, offering one of the most beautiful views in the area, about 30 meters below the road to Platenga (on the outskirts of Surcuolm, right next to the ski slope). Outside of the haymaking season, it is very quiet—so quiet that some visitors may find it unsettling.

The house is small, built of wood both inside and out.
