Our 2.5-room holiday flat offers the ideal combination of cosiness and functionality, especially for families, to relax after an eventful day in the great outdoors. The inviting ambience and the comfortable sofa create the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. Thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, you can also spoil yourself and your loved ones with delicious meals. Inside, the flat is equipped to fulfil every wish. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. A raclette oven and a fondue caquelon ensure special culinary experiences. The bedroom is furnished with a cosy double bed and a bunk bed. If more sleeping space is required, two additional single beds are available in the living room. Two Tripp Trapp chairs are available for families with small children and two baby cots including mattress, blanket and bed linen can also be hired. Outside, the spacious balcony invites you to enjoy the sun both in summer and on beautiful winter days with a view of the marvellous mountain panorama. A private garage also offers convenient parking directly next to the flat, adding to the comfort of your stay. The location is ideal for all those who love nature and want to be active: In winter, the immediate proximity to the piste is perfect. The Valbella ski lift (five minutes' walk) provides quick and easy access to the ski area on the Stätzerhorn side. Alternatively, the sports bus also takes you to the Rothorn valley station in five minutes. Children can even strap on their skis after just a few steps: The Fastasch children's area of the Lenzerheide-Valbella snow sports school and the Fastasch ski lift are right on the doorstep and offer ideal conditions for children to gain their first experience in the snow. There is also an entrance to the cross-country ski trail directly behind the house, from where you can start wonderful tours to Parpan or Lantsch/Lenz. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of other sporting activities, including mountaineering, mountain biking, cycling, tobogganing, ice skating and tennis. The flat is easy to reach by public transport, as the post bus stop is only two minutes away. There is also a grocery shop (Spar) and a bakery within a five-minute walk.
