An open living space with kitchen and dining area. The living room features a soapstone stove (wood available and included in the price) for cozy hours by the fire. In addition to the TV and free Wi-Fi, some books and games are available. Large covered balcony.
Kitchen:
The top modern kitchen is fully equipped and features an induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), raclette oven, and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
Bathroom:
Large bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer. Towels are available and not included in the price. The 2 1/2 room apartment is in a new multi-family house with a total of 3 apartments. The house is located in the village center. From the covered terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape of Val Lumnezia. The house has a cellar with a storage room for skis.
The bus stop is very close by. Travel time to the valley station of the Obersaxen Mundaun mountain railways in Vella is approximately 5 minutes. Free ski bus in winter.
Parking is available in the garage. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
