The house is located in one of Zermatt's best locations – quiet yet close to the centre. The ski bus stop is just a minute away, the famous Bahnhofstrasse with its numerous shops is about a five-minute walk away, and Zermatt railway station is around seven minutes away; the journey time by taxi is about four minutes. With the exception of the studio, all apartments have a sunny south-facing balcony with impressive views of the surrounding mountain panorama.

A lift, ski storage room and laundry room are available in the building.
