The Colmar building, with 11 residential units, was built in 1995. It is located in a quiet area in the Am Stalden district. The red line bus stop (Luchre stop) is 30 metres away, and it is approximately a 7-minute walk to the Schwarzsee and Klein Matterhorn trains and the village centre.
