The public parking lot is only in 3 minutes walking distanceThe building with the aparment is separated only by the piazza of the beautiful lake - Lake Maggiore. Perfect for a stroll along the lake. The spacious 3-room apartment (70 sqm) has a well-equipped, separate kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso machine, a beautiful living room, a large double bedroom and a smaller single bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.A furnished balcony opens directly onto the piazza with a view of the lake. A small, furnished balcony opens onto the quiet side street. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and pets are not allowed
