The outdoor area has a large terrace with a valuable mosaic table and parasol as well as a Weber barbecue that can be used outside on the granite patio next to the house. There is plenty of wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the barbecue.The house is very well insulated. The fireplace (6KW) creates a great romantic atmosphere and easily heats the whole house.
