Ferienvilla 'Campo d'Oro' mit Sauna

The Campo d'Oro house is ideal for family holidays, but also for a holiday alone or as a couple. It offers plenty of space for games in the house, in the garden with sand pile and play area and on the 40 metre long, romantic private beach (lockable and only separated from the house by a road) with its own rowing boat, 2 surfboards with paddles, a canoe and a stand-up board (SUP), with beach furniture and hammocks.

The garden invites you to enjoy a festive barbecue at the fireside grill and a meal at the stone table and dining table. Grapes, figs and, in winter, persimmons and kiwis can be harvested for your own consumption.
Plenty of garden furniture is available and relaxation is guaranteed.

The house has underfloor heating, a fireplace (wood is available), various seating areas, card and table games and an interesting library, providing a pleasant atmosphere even in rainy weather.

The sauna, with subsequent cooling off in the lake, contributes to relaxation.

The basement has a small fitted kitchen and a separate entrance.

Dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Towels and towels are provided and are included in the rental price.

There are many opportunities for sporting activities: Ping-pong in the basement, garden games, hikes, some right on the doorstep (many suggestions in the guest book and maps and books in the library). A large selection of climbing areas, bike tours (2 bikes are available), fitness centre 4.5 km away and of course swimming in the lake.

Arrival by car or public transport (post bus stop 250 metres away). The property has two parking spaces under the pergola. A third car park can be rented by prior arrangement and for a fee.
