Sun-drenched 2-room apartment with dreamlike view

Our 50 sqm holiday apartment “Chasa Nana” is located on the 1st floor of the Albula B building. From the large balcony (wrapping around from east via south to west), you can enjoy breathtaking views of the nature, the mountain world and the UNESCO route of the Rhaetian Railway. It’s also wonderful to simply relax out there. 

The generously sized windows in the “Chasa Nana” flood the rooms with daylight and offer you a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The interior is designed to be cosy so you can feel right at home. 

The renovated and modernly furnished holiday apartment with one bedroom (double bed), one living room (with double bed sofa), a fitted kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet is ideal for relaxed holidays in a bright and friendly atmosphere. In the basement, there are storage facilities for winter sports equipment and hiking gear. A private parking space is available on request for a daily fee. Furthermore, various baby and child items can be provided. The “Chasa Nana” is a non-smoking holiday apartment and pets are not permitted. In addition, the Albula B building is heated in a CO2-neutral way by the Bergün district heating system. 

Equipment: Bath towels for indoor pool / mountain pool, bed linen and bath towels, hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen linen, Wi-Fi, radio and Swisscom TV, sled. Baby cot, extra bed, high chair etc. available on request.

The “Chasa Nana” is perfect for families, couples or friends – experience the perfect mix of tranquillity, village life, sports and cultural events. We look forward to welcoming you. 

Possible occupancy 1-4 persons. Minimum stay 7 nights (shorter stays possible on request).

Terms / Extras

In addition to the rental price:

Bed linen and hand/bath towels/kitchen linen per person: CHF 25.— / flat rate

Accommodation taxes are included in the price.

Final cleaning of the apartment: CHF 110.—

Private parking space on request – for a fee of CHF 8.— per day (can be booked directly or contact the landlady)

 

The Albula B building is situated in a quiet location on a sunny terrace above Bergün at Rievan Ot 23 in a tranquil environment. Access to the building is on foot via a staircase of about 80 steps or via a road around the “Bergbadi”. At the end of the road is the turning circle, which is intended for unloading luggage. It’s about a 12-minute walk from the train station to the holiday apartment.

The holiday apartment is located in the charming and lively village of Bergün, which delights with its traditional flair and numerous leisure activities. Here, you can enjoy nature to your heart’s content. After hiking, take a refreshing dip in the “Bergbadi”, which is right next to the Albula B building. You can also go skiing, use the cross-country ski trail or zoom down the famous sledding runs. The Alvaneu Bad golf club is also just a 15-minute drive away. 

The shopping facilities (Volg and bakery) are about a 10-minute walk away. 

Bergün is centrally located among well-known holiday destinations such as St. Moritz, Pontresina, Lenzerheide, Davos and Savognin.
