It is quietly and centrally located, not far from the main road, a 3-minute walk from the cable car, a 5-minute walk from the centre, west of the chapel, right next to the Coop grocery shop. The flat terrain around the house offers easy access and plenty of playing space. Garden seating area and playground by the house.
