Within the next 24 hours during regular working hours, you will receive a detailed booking confirmation from us. Please note that for bookings made on weekends, public holidays, or during holiday periods, the confirmation will only be sent on the following working day. Deposit: According to the date specified in your booking confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is due. We kindly ask you to transfer this amount to the bank account specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is only binding and final after full payment has been received. Final payment: The final payment for your winter stay is due by November 30 at the latest. For bookings made from November 30 for the upcoming winter season, the total amount must be credited to our bank account within three days of receiving the reservation. For the summer stay, the deposit is to be paid by April 30 at the latest, and the final payment is due two weeks before arrival. For bookings made after April 30, the deposit is due within three days, and the final payment is also due by two weeks before arrival. Thank you.
