Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: View to the east over pastureland and lake, ceiling and walls panelled, double bed. Bedroom 2: View to the west over the village and Brigels peaks. Single bed, child's bed 70 x 140 cm (without bars). Bedroom 3: View to the west over the village and Brigels peaks, bunk bed. Open sleeping area: On the gallery on the upper floor with a view of the living room, can be screened off with curtains for additional beds. All sleeping areas have wardrobes, bed linen is provided.

Living room:
Open living room with a view to the south/west over the village, alpine pastures and Brigels peaks. Upholstered furniture (1 sofa, 3 armchairs). Glass table, hot air cheminée for cosy hours and as a supplement to the central heating (earth probes), carpet.

Kitchen:
Open kitchen with a view to the south over the mountains on the other side of the valley, to the east over the open pastureland with lake, ski school and ski lift. With dining table for up to 8 people, swivel chairs fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils for 8 people. Kitchen linen is provided. Glass ceramic cooker, oven, refrigerator, fondue caquelon, filter coffee machine, mixer, kettle. Basic foodstuffs are provided and should be replaced with equivalent items when used up.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with WC/shower, 2 separate washbasins with mirrored cabinet each with a drawer unit or cupboard. Bath linen is provided. Hair dryer is available.

Other rooms:
Open gallery approx. 20 m2, accessible via a freestanding staircase to the upper floor, with additional beds and curtains for screening, can be used as a play area for children or as a retreat. Carpet, warm cork floor. Storage room for luggage, shoes and skis.

Spend unforgettable holidays in the heart of Brigels in the barn built in 1841, which was converted into a holiday home in 1981.
The house offers generous space on 120m2 for 2 – 8 people on two floors, ideal for families.
The log construction of the former barn, which is still visible in the living area, and the hot air cheminée contribute to the cosy ambience of the house. This connoisseur's property with a personal touch is highly appreciated by long-term tenants. The structure of the original barn has been retained and corresponds to the current room layout. The large south-facing window was the former barn door, the wide corridor served as a carriage bay. The original logs are still partially visible. The floor is made of oiled fir slats (house shoes are recommended in the living area). The doors are made of antique solid wood from former houses.

Behind the house, with a view of Brigels lake, is the garden. In summer, garden furniture, sun loungers and sun umbrellas are available. 

The valley station of the mountain railway and the ski school can be reached in a few minutes on skis in winter.
Casa Clavau is located in the centre of the village, 3 minutes from the postbus stop. In the immediate vicinity, there are a bakery, butcher, dairy and the Volg shop.

In front of the house there is a parking space available.
