Bedrooms:
1 double bedroom with 2 mattresses 90x200, bedside tables with bedside lamps, chairs for clothes storage and large wardrobe. Access to the balcony. 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, mattresses 90x190 with reading lamps and wardrobe. Bed linen available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay. A baby cot is available on request for CHF 10.-.

Living room:
Dining and living room with large dining table, leather seating group, cable TV, WLAN, DVD player, radio, vacuum cleaner, access to the southern balcony with garden chairs, garden table and sunshade.

Kitchen:
Separate kitchen equipped with dishes for double the number of people, pots and pans, egg cooker, toaster, water kettle, coffee filter machine, raclette set, fondue set, dishwasher, oven and a large refrigerator with freezer compartment. Kitchen linen is available and included.

Bathroom:
Bathtub, shower with shower screen, double washbasin with mirrored cabinet and WC. Bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant or can be made available on request for CHF 10.- per person.

In November 2024, new windows and blinds were installed.

Quietly located 3-room apartment for max. 6 people in a multi-family house on the 1st floor. Balcony facing south. Windows with roller shutters. Not wheelchair accessible due to staircase. Numbered outside parking space right in front of the house. The landlord lives in Brigels and is personally available on site in case of emergency. 
The manageable ski area/cable cars, sports facilities (lake, mini golf course, playground ...) and shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Free local bus in winter, the next stop is 200 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.
Small pets only on prior telephone request with Mrs. Defuns and additional CHF 50.00 cleaning costs.
Non-smoking accommodation. Apartment without carpeted floors. On arrival, a waste bag, dishwasher detergent / dishwashing powder, household paper and two toilet paper rolls are available. Snow clearance up to the front door by the caretaker. 
On key handover, a deposit of CHF 100.00 per booking is to be paid to the landlord. These will be refunded on departure, provided no damage has occurred. On departure, the apartment should be swept clean and the waste disposed of.
