Popis rekreačního bytu

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms: A spacious bedroom with a large double bed and a second bedroom with a French and a single bed. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes and bedside tables. The bedroom on the upper floor also has a cozy reading nook with an exclusive selection of reading material. 

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area. The living room features an open fireplace (the tenant must add consumed firewood), dining table, corner bench and four chairs, two armchairs, flat-screen TV with satellite reception, Bose Wave stereo system and large balcony. WLAN throughout the apartment (free of charge) a flat-screen TV in the living room with satellite connection as well as a second Loewe screen which can be used by the tenant with streaming devices (with cables!) such as Apple TV, cameras, mass storage media etc. The apartment has a cozy reading corner on the second floor with a small selection of books. The apartment also offers various CDs, especially classical music. These can be played on the Bose system, which also has an AUX connection for own media carriers, e.g. smartphones.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a cooker, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (used capsules must be replaced by the tenant), a classic raclette device as well as a raclette-Tepanjaki combination and a fondue caquelon.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms: One bathroom has a bathtub and a WC/washbasin, the other bathroom has a shower and a WC/washbasin. Bathroom linen is available and billed separately.

Interior design:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary Alpine-chic style. The furniture is new and is constantly checked by the landlord.

The 3.5-room apartment is located in a multi-family house with 5 apartments. 

The house is located near the mountain railways and right next to LaVal Bergspa, which impresses with an extraordinary luxurious sauna landscape. 

The bus stop for the local bus is directly opposite the house, where the pick-up area for reserved baked goods is located in front of the bakery/pastry shop.

Parking available. Pets allowed CHF 8.00 per night. Non-smoking apartment.
