The 3.5 room apartment (80sqm) is located in a multi-family house. The house is located on a south-facing slope with a free view over the valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor (no elevator, 1 staircase).

The free ski bus takes you directly to the snow sports school and the valley station of the mountain railways in winter. Shopping facilities are easily accessible within ten minutes walk.

Parking in the garage is included in the price. No pets are allowed. The apartment is a non-smoking accommodation.
