Bedroom:
1 double bedroom with 200cm double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, chair for clothes storage and wardrobe. Bed linen available for CHF 15.00 per person and stay. A child's cot can be reserved upon request for CHF 10.00.

Living room:
Combined living and sleeping area with sofa bed, cable TV, digital radio, WLAN available. Access to the southern balcony with garden chairs, garden table and sun umbrella. 

Kitchen:
Separate open kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishes for double the number of people, pots, pans, kettle, coffee filter machine + capsule machine, toaster, raclette, fondue set, compact oven with microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and kitchen linen.

Bathroom:
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink with mirrored cabinet and WC. Bathroom linen is to be brought by the tenant. Can be provided upon request for CHF 10.00 per person.

Other rooms:
Storage space in the cloakroom, communal ski room, equipment room and shoe room.

Quietly located 2-room apartment ideal for 2 people up to a maximum of 4 people on the raised ground floor of the multi-family house with balcony facing south. Windows with roller shutters, not wheelchair accessible due to staircase. Exterior numbered parking space right in front of the house. The landlord lives in Brigels and is personally available on site in case of emergency. 

The manageable ski area/cable cars, sports facilities (lake, mini golf course, playground ...) and shopping facilities in the wonderful mountain village of Brigels with its excellent restaurants are easily accessible on foot. Free local bus in winter, the next stop is 150 meters from the house. In summer, free hiking shuttle bus from Brigels-Waltensburg-Andiast and back.

Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Upon arrival, a waste bag, dishwasher detergent / dishwashing powder, household paper and two toilet paper rolls are available. Snow clearance up to the front door by the caretaker. Upon departure, the apartment should be swept clean and the waste disposed of.

Total renovation in summer 2023. The entire apartment has a stone tile floor with underfloor heating.
