Old Ticino rustico in an exclusive hillside location near Locarno with spectacular views over the lake to the mountains opposite. The rooms are all south-facing and can only be accessed from the outside via the north side (rear of the house). There is an eat-in kitchen (with wood-burning stove) and two exclusive terraces with seating and tables. Behind the house is a spacious play area for children. In the cooler seasons, the living room/kitchen and both bedrooms can be heated via the wood-burning stove. There is an infrared radiator and an electric radiator in the bathroom. The two double beds (each 180 x 200 cm) each consist of two mattresses with two duvets. Bed linen and towels can be provided on request.
The kitchen is functionally equipped. As we like to cook for ourselves (no restaurant in the neighbourhood offers an equivalent view!), you will find all the appliances you need to prepare a good meal in the kitchen. We don't have a dishwasher, but we have the best washing-up area in the neighbourhood. We attach great importance to cleanliness!
