2-room flat - perfect for a smaller budget - 55 square metres, bright and friendly, balcony, separate kitchen with window. The Nolte brand kitchen was completely renovated in May 2018 and fitted with the latest technology: large fridge with freezer compartment A +++, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, separate microwave built into tall unit, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery in double quantity. The bathroom with shower and WC was completely redesigned in summer 2020 in line with current fashion trends. Underground car park, ski room, washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Very cosy flat near the village centre with Engadine furniture, WLAN, TV, loggia facing south-east. Underground car park. The free ski bus stops opposite. The mountain railway to Marguns can be reached on foot in less than ten minutes. The cross-country ski trails and the railway station with the tourist office are also a 10-minute walk away. Shopping facilities and supermarket are also less than a 10-minute walk away.

In summary: A very well-kept, tastefully and cosily furnished flat to feel at home in, ideal for 2 people who also want a little more space. For a third person or a child, a pull-out sofa (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) in the living room is a good and comfortable sleeping option. On the newly designed spacious balcony you can have breakfast in the sun, in the evening it is cosy for a glass of wine. The photos give a comprehensive overview. All guests feel very comfortable and I wish you a relaxing stay.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz are a particularly impressive way to experience the expanse of the inspiring high valley. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Other living room furnishings (living room 1): Swiss stone pine wardrobe for clothes, sofa bed that can be pulled out as a bed (dimensions 160 x 200 cm) and serves as a comfortable sofa bed for a third person. Swiss stone pine armchair, Swiss stone pine sofa, small storage table, table group with 4 chairs, Swiss stone pine shelf for TV, CD radio, books, information material and lockable cupboard for personal items, wall clock, floor lamp, carpets. The windows have blinds as privacy protection as well as curtains for closing in the evening. The balcony door leads from the living room to the loggia (south-east facing). A balcony settee and clothes horse are available for outside use.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): 2 beds next to each other, anti-allergic duvets and pillows, bedside cabinets with separate lamps on either side of the beds, pine chest of drawers for linen, clothes rack, bookshelf, chair for storage. Bed linen and towels are available from the flat on request. The cleaning charges for the linen incl. towels are to be paid to the caretaker.

Other kitchen equipment (kitchen1): The kitchen is closed with door and window and was completely refitted in spring 2018 with the latest technology and high-quality appliances: Dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven as well as extractor bonnet and built-in microwave, all-round shelf space. In addition to a kettle, coffee machine and espresso machine (with capsules), there is a dining and coffee service (10 sets), cutlery (12 sets), a sufficient number of glasses, all necessary kitchen utensils, fondue dishes with rechaud as well as a knife block and a wooden bread box and bread cutting board with crumb tray. A hoover is also available and can be found on the side shelf in the entrance area.
