House with two apartments, which are connected with each other. 2-room apartment (ground floor) with open kitchen. Living room with swedish stove and bed for 2 persons. Radio, telephone on request, completely furnished. Bedroom with 2 beds. Cot is available. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Use of the garden, parking space and garage on request. For smaller groups the apartment 5001A with 2 beds plus an extra mattress is available upstairs. Kitchen linen is available and included. The whole house has been renovated with ecological and natural materials, without toxins, solar and wood pellet heating. Smoking is not allowed throughout the house. On request washing machine use, bath linen and use of the fixed network telephone charges, which are settled on the spot. Pets only after prior agreement with the landlord possible. Flooring: parquet and cork
Vacation home with 2 apartments in Curaglia. Balconys with wonderful view, located in a side road only 5 walking minutes away from the postbus station and the grocery store. The house was built in 1980 and is continuously updated on the newest biological construction principles. Yard and parking are for shared use. Heating and warm water are provided through a solar collector plus from a automatic wood pellet heater.
