The approx. 75 m2 flat is on the 1st floor and has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 mattresses each). One bedroom even has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC. Another wet room offers bath tub/WC. The cosy living and dining room has an upholstered suite, a dining area with Tripp Trapp high chair as well as TV and radio. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate glass ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. A kettle, toaster, fondue and raclette machine, as well as a capsule (Delizio) and a filter coffee machine are also available. The balcony is south/west facing. Parking space in the garage at a distance of approx. 80 m, short term parking in front of the house, shared use of the laundry room, own lockable ski and ski boot cupboard on the ground floor.
