This high-quality 3.5-room apartment in alpine chic style is located in Flims Waldhaus. It offers two bedrooms with a double bed and three bunk beds, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is very bright thanks to its loft concept. The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living and dining area, which features a cozy sofa and beautiful parquet flooring. Additionally, the apartment has a balcony with a view of the mountains.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in this apartment. Wi-Fi and digital TV are available free of charge. A parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and drying room are located in the basement. There is also a secure bike and ski room in the cellar. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided for your use. Laundry and final cleaning are included in the total price.
