In the spacious living and dining area you can feel at home, enjoy cozy fondue or game evenings with your family and get fresh mountain air on the south-facing balcony. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate guest toilet. In the fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table cooking is fun even on vacation.
In the middle of Flims village, only 500m to the cable cars and quietly located, this spacious 3.5 room apartment (85m2) offers you a lot of comfort for 4 people. The apartment is fully renovated, lovingly furnished and impresses with a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains.You find all shopping facilities, restaurants and cable cars nearby at the Stenna Center with even more stores, cafes, cinema, etc., all within walking distance. Alternatively you simply take the free shuttle bus (busstop is only 30m away from the accommodation). The Residenza Quadra provides a ski /bike storage room, laundry room (for a fee) and also a large game room. Thank you for your understanding, pets and smoking are prohibited. Over 200km of slopes and many snow parks await you in winter. In summer the beautiful mountain world invites you to hike, bike and golf. Waterways, pump track, high ropes course, Lake Cauma and Lake Cresta - there is so much to discover in Flims!
