Situated on the 2nd floor, the flat offers a breathtaking Alpine panorama ✅ - so immediate and impressive that you will take away images that you will never forget. The flat offers a surprising amount of living comfort. On the one hand, this is due to its well thought-out and above-average quality furnishings. On the other hand, various communal rooms on the ground floor provide a comfortable setting for your skiing or hiking day: Ski room ✅, laundry room ✅ and boot room ✅ on the ground floor. With its cosy charm, breathtaking views from the panoramic balcony and modern amenities, it promises to be the perfect retreat for your holiday.

The flat is furnished with a cosy leather couch, a practical foldaway bed (160 cm), which ensures optimum sleeping comfort. The studio kitchen including dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. A cosy dining area invites you to enjoy meals together and a comfortable dining table also awaits you on the balcony. LCD TV (cable), digital radio, CD player and iPod dock guarantee the best entertainment and relaxation. The modern bathroom with rain shower head is a small highlight that rounds off the feeling of well-being. The entire furnishing of the flat is of above-average quality.

Practical and convenient: there are various rooms on the ground floor for communal use: a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. You can conveniently do your laundry here for a small fee. There is also a ski room on the ground floor where you can conveniently store your skis or snowboard. Each flat has its own boot rack in the boiler room. Here you can store your ski and hiking boots and dry them overnight. You can store empty suitcases in our cellar.

Enjoy the fresh alpine air from the spacious south-facing balcony, which is furnished to a high standard - an ideal place to eat and relax. The flat has its own car park. The secure year-round access emphasises the comfort that this accommodation offers.

The Terrassenweg is one of the best locations in Grindelwald. The flat is located on the Terrassenweg in a sunny south-facing position. When some areas are still in the shade in the morning or already in the shade again in the afternoon, you can enjoy additional hours of sunshine and a fantastic Alpine panorama. The quiet yet central location guarantees pure relaxation. The village centre of Grindelwald is just a 15-20 minute walk away. Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the lift to the ski area (approx. 400 metres) and the possibility to ski directly to the lift station in good snow conditions. The Bodmi ski school is just a few minutes away for beginners. In addition, numerous hiking trails invite you to explore the surrounding area, and a bus station nearby ensures mobility even without your own vehicle.

Our non-smoking flat is an excellent choice for guests who value high quality living, peace and quiet and yet a central location. With numerous sports and leisure activities in the surrounding area, such as mountaineering, skiing (alpine), mountain biking and paragliding, there is plenty of variety.
