With a fantastic view of the mountains and away from noise and traffic, this holiday flat is your perfect retreat. A bus stop is only a 5-minute walk away and the village centre can be reached in about 15 minutes. It is the ideal starting point for your holiday adventures.

The flat is located on the ground floor of a charming 2-family chalet and can accommodate up to 4 people. In the cosy living room you will find a set of upholstered furniture and a corner bench with dining table, complemented by Swisscom TV and Internet access via WLAN. The comfortable furnishings include two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a smaller one with two single beds. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with oven, dishwasher (tabs included), fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, as well as raclette and fondue dishes. There is also a filter coffee machine (with filters), a kettle and a bathroom with bath/shower, WC and hairdryer.

Outside, there is a storage room for skis or bikes and a car park right next to the house. The driveway, which is accessible all year round, a strict non-smoking policy and a pet-free stay ensure your carefree relaxation. A spacious terrace with deckchairs invites you to sit back and enjoy the imposing mountain backdrop and the magical landscape to the full.

The idyllic location of the chalet not only promises peace and relaxation, but also offers the opportunity to ski directly from the First ski area to the house in good snow conditions. The immediate proximity to nature and easy access to local services make our offer an excellent holiday home for anyone looking for both an active holiday and relaxation.

At Chalet Abesitz, your well-being is our top priority: bed linen, kitchen and toilet linen as well as the cost of electricity, heating, final cleaning and visitor's tax are included in the price.
