The sunny and cosy 3 1/2 maisonette room flat in the Chesa Aledeia is located on the sunny slope of La Punt 14 km from St. Moritz.

On the first floor there is the first double bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall, a well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher) and the living room with dining table, sofas, fireplace, TV (incl. Netflix), Bose music system and access to the beautiful terrace.
On the upper floor of the maisonette is the second double bedroom with adjoining shower/WC, a reading and study corner and storage space.
 
From La Punt you can reach St. Moritz in 15 minutes by car, the ski pistes are reachable in 10 car or 15 train minutes, Samedan golfing in 10 car minutes and cross country skiing is reachable in a few minutes by foot.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.

Location description: Auf 1700 m ü. M. am Fusse des Albulapasses gelegen, besticht durch seine stattlichen Patrizierhäuser der Familien Albertini. Das markanteste ist die Chesa Merleda. Als zentral gelegener Ort ist La Punt Chamues-ch Ausgangspunkt für anspruchsvolle Bergtouren und leichte Wanderungen. Familien mit Kindern sind gern gesehene Gäste. Im Winter bietet der Skilift Müsella für Kinder und Anfänger ideale Bedingungen. Idealer Ausgangsort für Langlauf an der Engadin Skimarathon-Loipe.
