The living room also has a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and free WiFi, as well as an additional single bedroom. The bedrooms and bathrooms have sloping ceilings and partly low ceilings and doors.

The flat is suitable for 2 people or 2 adults with a child. Over-occupancy is not possible.

La Punt Chamues-ch, a village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass and at 1700 metres above sea level, offers an ideal starting point for numerous sporting activities and regional events. In winter, the cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity, the ski areas are easily accessible by bus and tobogganists are also well catered for.

In summer, 580 kilometres of hiking trails and mountain bike trails entice you to explore the unique mountain world. If you don't want to travel by bus or car, you can hop straight from the flat onto the nearest hiking trail and explore the Engadin.
