Location and general information:
The apartment in the Chesa Üertsch is in a new building, attached to the former Hotel Albula in La Punt, in a sunny location close to the train station of La Punt Chamues-ch and within walking distance to the village centre. The old, renovated and the new building together with the shared underground car park form a harmonious ensemble with a private, very sunny courtyard, which is available to all residents of the two houses. There is a common laundry room in the house. The apartment has a reserved garage space and a reserved outside parking space. The house has a lift. There is a ski room in the house Üertsch. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Üertsch. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

Room layout:
The apartment in the Chesa Üertsch extends over an area of about 150m2 on the ground floor. To the south is the spacious living/dining room with a kitchenette and a very large adjoining kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a third room with a sofa bed for two persons offer space for up to six persons, whereas the sofa bed is not suitable for adults. Two large bathrooms with natural light and a separate guest toilet complete the space. The parents' bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a toilet and a double washbasin. In the second bathroom there is a bathtub, a toilet and also a double washbasin. The view from the living room leads into the garden, which can be shared by the residents.

Amenities and facilities:
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts. The floors in all rooms are covered with larch parquet, only in the bathrooms ceramic tiles were used. In the kitchen there is a glass-ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a new presso coffee machine. There is also a microwave oven. The apartment is equipped with Swiss¬com-TV and free W-Lan.

Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  
In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  
Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
