The Apartment Val Biala

The Apartment Val Biala spans three floors and offers:

Upper Floor/Garden

This 3.5-room garden apartment offers over 80 m² of living space with a thoughtful layout. The open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, Nespresso machine, multi-temperature kettle, Aarke sparkling water machine, ceramic stove, and refrigerator with a small freezer) invites you to relax. The cozy living area with a fireplace, furniture made from reclaimed wood, exclusive sofa and chairs, as well as a dining area for up to 5 people, creates a real sense of comfort.

The balcony is directly accessible from the living and dining area, as well as from the master bedroom and children's room, both of which have beds made from reclaimed wood and designer lamps.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and double washbasin. There is a window in the WC for fresh ventilation.

The garden, with a generous area of around 70 m², extends the living space harmoniously to the front and side. Here you will find a sunshade, a Danish bench, as well as two chairs and a table for a relaxing breakfast or dinner outdoors, perfectly oriented to the south.

Thanks to its privileged location at the edge of the forest, you will experience a unique connection with nature – ideal for relaxation and unwinding. Here, you can enjoy happy moments for two, some alone time, or relaxed family moments together.

On the sunny, south-facing balcony and southeast garden, you will enjoy plenty of light and warmth throughout the year, as well as a stunning view of the Swiss Alps (Signinagruppe in the Adula Alps). The balcony has direct access to the exclusive garden, offering an unparalleled alpine panorama. A perfect place to feel the tranquility of the mountains and fully enjoy the breathtaking natural surroundings.

A true paradise for cyclists, with breathtaking bike tours and hiking trails all year round!

First Floor

On the first floor, you will find an exclusive wellness area with a custom sauna that accommodates 3 to 6 people, as well as a shower. The relaxation room, with windows facing south, invites you to unwind. The spacious relaxation area is furnished with comfortable lounges.

A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as an area for drying clothes with natural ventilation, are also available.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, there are two parking spaces (garage and outdoor parking, each for one car), as well as a bike/ski room.

From the road from Flims to Laax, you will reach the house in just two minutes via a beautiful, picturesque road, surrounded by spectacular views of nature. The Apartment Val Biala is located in the charming hamlet of Laax-Salums, nestled in a unique natural landscape. Right outside your door, you can start the most beautiful hikes and bike tours, leading you to popular destinations such as the Rheinschlucht, Caumasee, Crestasee, and many others.

The house is just a three-minute drive from the lively Laax Downtown, yet only a short walk from the ski bus!
