Haus Gaut is located in the middle of nature in the beautiful Langwies, a small mountain village in the Schanfigg. Those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers or sports enthusiasts will love this location in Langwies. 15 minutes from Arosa by car or 2 train stops on the Rhätische Bahn. Please note that the train station is approximately 1 km away and 98 altitude meters. Haus Gaut is spread over 3 floors with 250m2 of living space, as well as 2 balconies, a sun terrace and endless meadows and forests around the house. Back to the roots, back to nature - is the motto. On the ground floor is a 1 bedroom apartment with double bed, small living area, a bathroom with bathtub and a terrace.
