Popis rekreačního bytu
Comfortable apartment in an old farmhouse comprising a total of three units. The apartment extends over two floors. On the lower floor is the living room, including a wood-burning stove, with a dining area and an open kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped, but without a dishwasher. On the same floor is a double bedroom, with TV/DVD. The bathroom with WC/washbasin/shower is small. A large bedroom with 2 single beds as well as an area with a table and sofa is located on the upper floor. Central pellet heating. The corridors and stairs are not heated and remain cool in winter. In keeping with the architecture of the time, the wooden building is relatively noisy and the height of the rooms is limited in certain places (1m92cm in the lowest room = living room). Lawn with bench to relax in front of the house. Well located as a starting point for many walks. Walking distances: - Wallbach swimming pool approx. 5 minutes - Walleg chairlift ski station (winter only), via the Mauren drag lift, approx. 5 to 10 minutes - Village center with all shopping possibilities and train station approx. 10 minutes - Bettelberg station approx. 15 minutes - Metsch station by bus (station near the municipality) in less than 10 minutes or by car.
