Chalet Les Marmottes is a 5-room property for 10 people located in Les Collons 1850, close to restaurants and ski slopes.The entrance leads into a small hall that serves as a ski storage room. The living room has a lounge area with a large sofa and a working fireplace.The kitchen has 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. It is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. There is a large dining table with plenty of chairs.Bathroom on the ground floor with washbasin and WC.Upstairs, there is a small mezzanine with a sofa, cable TV and WiFi.Bedroom 1 (adjoining bathroom 1) : one double bunk bed (bottom: two 90 x 200 mattresses and top: 180 x 200). Bedroom 2 : one double bed (140 x 200). Bedroom 3 : one double bed (2x 90 x 200 mattresses). Bedroom 4 : one double bed (140 x 200).Bathroom on the first floor : washbasin and shower (connecting to bedroom 1).Bathroom on the second floor : toilet, washbasin and shower.Balcony running along the first floor and terrace on the ground floor (+ mini covered area) available with a view of the valley.Chalet WITH carpet (upper floor only).Pets not allowed.Parking space available nearby for an additional cost.
