Glarnerhüüsli in Adlenbach

Luchsingen is part of the municipality of Glarus Süd. The hamlet "Adlenbach" consists of 15 original Glarner knit houses. The buildings were erected between the 17th and 19th centuries and are protected monuments.

What can you expect?

Our pet-free "half" Glarnerhüüsli is plainly furnished and, whenever possible, equipped with the original furniture from Glarner grandparents. If you are a smoker or want to enjoy luxury holidays, then this house is not the right address for you. The only luxury here is the beautiful tiled stove, which is heated with wood. A flap above the stove brings warmth into the large bedroom. All other rooms remain "quite fresh". If, however, you have had enough of the fog, seek peace, enjoy being outdoors, and can appreciate the unique Glarner mountain world... then you are exactly right here!
