Bedroom:
1 south-facing bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed, reading armchair and large wardrobe. Bed linen is available but not included in the price.

Living & dining room:
Open living & dining room on the ground floor with large Cheminee stove as a room divider. Large window front with direct access to the southern terrace. Sofa with club table and armchair. Dining table with seating for 6 people. Flat TV with Zattoo, Netflix, Plex, WLAN and HEOS sound system available, dimmable lighting.

Kitchen:
Beautiful, top-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), dishes and kitchen utensils, fondue and raclette set. 

Bathroom:
Large bathroom on the 1st floor with spacious rain shower, washbasin and WC. A separate WC with washbasin on the ground floor. Towels are available but not included in the price.

Other rooms:
Lovely workspace on the 1st floor with view of the valley and large, built-in workstation.
Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the utility room.

The "Casa Vigela" holiday home in Lumbrein is a modern wooden house, built in 2009 to Minergie-P standard. It is located in a quiet and sunny position at the upper edge of the village of Lumbrein. From there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Lumnezia mountain panorama and the Péz Terri. With its large window fronts, the house is very bright and the mountain world and weather can be observed well. The house is stylishly furnished and architecturally appealing, the large Cheminee stove provides a cozy and homely atmosphere even on cold days. From Lumbrein you can reach the great hiking and biking area of Val Lumnezia. In winter, you can reach the Obersaxen Mundaun Val Lumnezia ski area with the free ski bus. If snow conditions are good, Lumbrein can be reached directly by ski in the evening via the home descent piste. 

The house has a beautiful garden with a southern terrace with a view of the Péz Terri and a cozy gravel area on the east side with a view into the valley. A shaded spot is always guaranteed, even on hot summer days. Garden furniture and sun umbrellas are available.
