Living room: Rustic living room with sofa, table and chairs. No TV. Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, oven, mocha pot. Bathroom: 1 bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin. Hairdryer available. Other: The apartment is heated with a central heating system (pellets). In the living area, additional heating can be provided by the soapstone stove. The soapstone stove is located in the living room. Firewood is available. Balcony and garden seating area with furniture. The rustic semi-detached house is located in the best spot on a small square in the Fontauna district. The timber-framed building is one of the best-preserved examples of peasant house construction in the Val Lumnezia from the first half of the 18th century. Casa Fontauna is a listed building. As the historical building fabric and room structure have been preserved, the house is not barrier-free. We would like to point out that the wooden floors worn over centuries, high door thresholds and steep stairs pose a certain hazard. The holiday apartment is technically up to date. Parking: Public paid parking approximately 20 m from the house or at the school square (approximately 500 m away). Luggage can be unloaded in front of the house.
