We offer you a well-kept 3.5 room flat in a detached holiday home. The house was renovated in 2002 and sleeps 5 people.

Winter
The chalet is located directly on the cross-country ski run and close to the Erzegg, Balmeregg and Bonistock cable cars.
Parking spaces are available in the valley, and the Melchsee-Frutt sports lifts will be happy to transport your equipment. It is best to book your snow taxi before you arrive.

Summer
Our house is located directly on Lake Melchsee with a view of the climbing garden and the Alpine panorama. Wonderful recreation in the mountains, with a large hiking area, two lakes for fishing and an unforgettable fauna and flora.
We provide you with a car park in front of our chalet
