Popis rekreačního bytu
Holidays in a listed building combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the "Ferien im Baudenkmal" foundation, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005.
Public transport: Näfels-Mollis railway station, walk to the centre of Näfels, approx. 600m
Car: In the centre of Näfels, practically opposite the Freulerpalast, cantonal road towards Glarus.
Car park: There are parking spaces in front of the house. You can drive up to the front of the house to unload your luggage.
Number of persons 2-3: 1 bedroom. Double bed (180/200) in the bedroom. A third person could sleep on the sofa.
Season: All year round
Short holidays: Low season
Outdoor area: Balcony and garden seating area with furniture.
Heating: The flat is heated by central heating (groundwater heat pump).
Stove / fireplace: The historic cooker in the kitchen and the tiled stove in the parlour are not in use.

Kitchen: ceramic hob and wood cooker, oven, coffee machine with capsules, raclette set is available. NO fondue set.
Bathroom: One bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin. Hairdryer available.

Barrier-free: The flat is wheelchair accessible. There is a lift in the stairwell.
Extras: The Haus zur Beuge is a listed building that has been renovated with great respect for the existing substance. The tenant is aware of this and treats the property with care. Although the technical equipment is modern, certain functional details do not meet current standards and are a potential source of danger. The tenant is aware of these circumstances.
