The chalet, furnished in a cozy style, features a living room, a bedroom with two single beds (can be pushed together, 12 m2), and a room with a bunk bed (8 m2). It also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower/toilet (Klosomat), and an infrared cabin (outdoor hut).

Heating and hot water for your unforgettable stay are provided by solar panels. The access to the house is possible both in summer and winter (in winter, sometimes only with a 4x4 vehicle). There is a parking space available at the house. A beautiful garden seating area with sun loungers and an outdoor grill.

Please note: When renting to 1-2 people, the room with the bunk beds is not available.

With the Pany-St. Antönien-Card guest card, all guests staying in the municipality of Luzein have free rides with public transportation within the municipality of Luzein as well as further discounts.

Well-maintained hiking trails invite you to extended walks, hikes, or Nordic walking. While snowshoeing or on a ski tour, you can intensely enjoy nature and tranquility.

Summer sports opportunities: An idyllic outdoor pool is 20 minutes walk away. An extensive network of hiking trails is available to you. Numerous mountain bike tours are possible from the house.
