You occupy the entire top floor alone (approx. 105 m2). From the south/south-west-facing balcony, the view sweeps from the Diavolezza cable car across the valley to the mountain peaks and via the Staz forest to the slopes above St. Moritz and Celerina.
The entire house was completely renovated in 2023. A "new house" with garage, laundry room, ski room and multi-purpose room awaits you. Another car can be parked in the large car park. (The parking spaces are not marked.)
At the same time, the existing flat has been enlarged with two additional rooms and a wet room with rain shower. Parquet floors throughout, skylights, new design of the rooms with interesting details - a bijou!
