The listed Villa Klainguti is located in the middle of the Upper Engadine village of Pontresina and leaves nothing to be desired with its total living space of 647 m2:
In addition to the kitchen for personal use, Villa Klainguti has an additional, professionally equipped catering kitchen for a private chef.
On the upper floor, the small kitchenette invites you to enjoy relaxing moments on the covered, glazed balcony.
An elevator connects all four floors and makes the villa barrier-free for guests with walking difficulties. If required, four garage parking spaces can also be rented.
On the first floor there is a cheminee lounge, the conservatory with bar, two living rooms and the dining room.
A modern cinema/seminar room has been built in the basement, which can also be used for private functions, seminars and events. The spa area with whirlpools, sauna, steam bath, massage and relaxation room rounds off the recreational facilities in the villa.
There are four double rooms and one single room on the upper floors. The two floors are equipped with two carefully restored bathrooms and three toilets.
The spacious, original park with a surrounding area of 1,552 m2 offers plenty of space and privacy to enjoy garden parties and events in summer.
