Bedroom:
Bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Gallery: 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), accessible via a steep staircase. Living area: 1 sofa bed for 1 person (85 cm x 190 cm). All beds are made up and the bed linen is included in the price. For the little ones, a Zewi blanket 90x200 is provided.

Living room:
The open-plan, cozy living room integrates the kitchen and gallery. From the sofa or table, you can look out through large windows at the magnificent mountain world. You can go directly onto the covered balcony and enjoy the sunrise and sunset there. The facilities include WLAN, a DAB radio, various reading materials and games.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is very well equipped and has: Convection oven (2 baking trays), ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, fridge with small freezer compartment, 3 pans, 2 frying pans, crockery and cooking utensils. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
In the small bathroom you will find a shower/WC/washbasin and a towel radiator. The towels are available and included in the price.

There is construction work on the neighboring property. Construction noise is to be expected. The photos were updated in November 2025.

Large windows and the covered balcony offer a view of the beautiful mountain world of the Surselva. Your home for one or two weeks promises nature, relaxation and freedom. 

On foot, you can reach the Hotel Greina and the train station in 5 - 10 minutes. 

Your electric car can be refueled with solar power. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Not wheelchair accessible.

Bookings from 4 overnight stays and check-in/check-out during the week are possible in the off-season.
