The apartment has a kitchen separated from the dining and living area. On this floor there is also a bedroom and a bathroom/shower. One floor up there are three more bedrooms, a small TV room and a single toilet.
4 bedrooms: In the living area, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack, on the upper floor a bedroom with a double bed, a cot (up to 2 years) and a wardrobe, a bedroom with a single bed and a chest of drawers and a bedroom with a single bed. A large wardrobe in front of the rooms is available as a clothes rack. Beds made up on arrival.
Bathroom
One bathroom and a separate toilet: Bathroom: washbasin, large mirror front, modern shower, toilet and towel warmer. Single toilet (upper floor): single toilet with sink and mirror cabinet, towels provided on arrival. Washing machine in the ground floor of the house available for a fee. Please bring your own detergent.
Living room
In the living/dining room there is a circulating air fireplace. The wood is provided. A cozy seating area with a sofa and two armchairs and a club table invite you to stay. A TV with cable connection and a Sonos radio system are available. The dining table is designed for a maximum of 6 people.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, combi steamer, a fridge, dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules to be brought by yourself), raclette oven and fondue caquelon. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.
Other rooms
The balcony can be used in summer and winter. A small table with four chairs and a parasol are available. The garden seating area is located behind the house and is equipped with a table and bench. The seating area can only be used in summer.
Facilities
The apartment is equipped with WLAN. Pets are not allowed and the apartment is a non-smoking apartment. The two-storey 5.5-room holiday apartment is located in a detached chalet with a total of 3 apartments very close to the Rueras train station of the Matterhorn-Gotthardbahn, from where you can reach the nearby Sedrun to the east and the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area to the west in just two minutes each. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of the upper Surselva beyond the roofs of Rueras. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, a toilet and a small TV room, on the lower floor bathroom, another bedroom and kitchen, dining and living. In the ground floor area there is a cellar where the skis can be stored in winter. A double parking space is available directly next to the house. The garage contains the wood supply and bicycles can be stored. Pets are not allowed and smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house.
