Bright and cozy 2.5-room apartment with large southwest terrace.
The spacious living room is equipped with a dining table, sofa, and TV. There is enough space to convert the existing bed into a double bed.
In the separate bedroom, there are two beds (double bed) as well as a youth bed (80 x 160 cm).
A baby cot and additional children's items are available upon request (high chair, baby chair, changing table, toys, sled, etc.).
The open kitchen features a 3-burner cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso or filter), crockery for 8 people, and children's crockery.
The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, a bathtub, and a shower. A hairdryer is provided. There is also a separate toilet.
The large terrace features a garden table with four chairs and a parasol.
The apartment includes a garage space and a locker in the ski room.
The shared washing machine and drying room can be used.
All additional costs (tourist tax, bed and bath linen, and final cleaning) are included. The Tulai holiday park is located in a very quiet residential area on the western edge of Scuol. The large southwest terrace offers a dreamlike panoramic view.
Vehicles can be parked in the underground garage.
The train station and the Motta Naluns valley station are a 10-15 minute walk from the Tulai holiday park. The stop for the local and ski bus is right in front of the door.
Shopping facilities (Coop, Post) are located in the immediate vicinity of the Tulai. The experience and health bath Bogn Engadina in the center of Scuol is approximately 800 m away.
