Location, location, location – this 3.5-room vacation apartment is located directly below Sedrun train station. The ski areas for children (Valtgeva) and adults (Cuolm da Vi; with a sports train to Dieni and Disentis) are within walking distance. Whether summer or winter: you can easily reach everything on foot or by public transport and leave your car in the garage (included). From the beautiful patio (ground floor) with lots of lawn around it, you have a wonderful view of the mountains. There is also space for skis and bikes. The butcher's, bakery, Coop, sports shop, and indoor swimming pool/wellness center are just a few hundred meters away.

The apartment features a large, bright living room with a dining area, a soapstone stove, and a kitchen; a bathroom with a bathtub; a bedroom with a double bed; and a bedroom with three beds and a desk.

The apartment has underfloor heating, stone tiles, and laminate flooring. It is comfortably furnished with wooden elements.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

A spacious bedroom with a large double bed.
A bedroom with three single beds.
The bedrooms have plenty of storage space in wardrobes and dressers and feature hardwood/laminate flooring.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up.

Bathroom
1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, 2 sinks.
A washer-dryer combo is available in the basement. A drying rack is provided.
Detergent is provided.
Terry cloth towels are provided.

Living room
The living room features a cozy soapstone stove. Firewood is provided.  
A comfortable dining table with chairs is located in the bright living room. There is plenty of space in the living room with underfloor heating, especially for children to enjoy the sun-drenched room and the soapstone stove.
There is deliberately no TV. Consciously enjoy the peace and quiet and time out alone, as a couple, or as a family.Ultimate Ears speakers (Bluetooth) are available.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a glass ceramic stove, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Fondue caquelon and raclette oven available. Kitchen linen provided.
