2 spacious bedrooms with double bed and single bed with chest of drawers or wardrobe. 1 bedroom with two single beds, a cot and a washbasin.

Living room:
An open living room with dining area. The living room features a soapstone stove, a dining table with ample seating, a large couch, flat-screen TV with the most common channels.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a kettle, toaster, oven, coffee machine and fondue caquelon. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a large fridge-freezer and a crockery cabinet.

Bathroom:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet/washbasin and is located on the upper floor. The other bathroom features a shower as well as a toilet/washbasin and a washing machine which can be used by the tenant.

Other rooms:
Next to the living/dining room is the music and reading room. A large selection of books invites you to read and linger. A piano is also available for free use. The landlady naturally expects the instruments and the private library to be treated with the necessary care.

Interior:
The apartment is furnished in a contemporary urban-chic style. The furniture is partly new and partly restored. Please treat the furniture with the necessary care and inform the landlady of any damage.

The freshly renovated 7-room holiday house is located in the picturesque village of Sevgein. In summer, the nearby Rhine Gorge invites you for hiking or the countless bike routes for biking. The house offers an unparalleled view into the valley and is located in a quiet side street. In just 5 minutes by car you reach Ilanz, where various shopping facilities and an outdoor pool can be found. Admission to the outdoor pool is free for all tenants with the Surselva Guest Card. The property includes a very large garden with a grill and various seating options. The many fruit trees and the green lawn invite you to stay.
